The print viewed was the Miramax international release version at 119 min.  ”Ballroom dancing is regarded with great suspicion in a country where couples don’t go out hand in hand or say ‘I Love You’”. The stressed salaryman starts to indulge in a secret vice: taking dancing lessons. His wife gets so suspicious she even hires a detective. It’s a film about breaking loose from routine, but it’s also a great dance film.
