AA: In an Indian palace, a Rajah enters accompanied by his ladies. A Brahmin comes to greet the rajah and begins his miracles by animating the three Buddhist deities, then makes them resume their initial form. Taking his travel stick as a pivot point, he rises from the ground and remains suspended in space. Hovering back to the ground, he conjures three priestesses on a platform, which he isolates from the ground; they remain suspended in the air and disappear like shadows. He himself disappears in a cloud of smoke.

AA: A brief flash of an archaeologist entering a sarcophagus.
AA: A wonderful live magic show performance by Émilie Cauquy, Elena Selana and Frédéric Tabet with John Sweeney at Steinway Concert Grand Piano and Eduardo Raon playing the harp. During the intervals we saw a suite of vintage 1900 drawn and painted production stills from Georges Méliès advertisements. After a hot week, having worn a face mask all the time, including during the morning-till-night screenings, I had a moment of exhaustion during this very show.
