Pienen maalaiskoulun laulukoe 80-luvulla. Mikko on kovasti harjoitellut Joulupuu on rakennettu -kappaletta, mutta muiden oppilaiden edessä laulaminen ei olekaan niin helppoa.
It is a school audition in the 80s. Mikko is a bad singer, but he has been rehearsing a lot. Especially, performing in front of an audience is not easy. Could singing be easier behind a curtain?
AA: A joke. There is a singing lesson, and everybody needs to sing, but although Mikko has been practising a lot, he cannot find the tune to the Christmas song "Joulupuu on rakennettu". A schoolmate excuses himself, and stands in for Mikko singing from behind the window. Pekka Huotari plays the teacher who invites Mikko to repeat the marvellous performance at Christmas.
